The resort is thrilled to announce a special collaboration with Chef de Cuisine Zhao Bo from Sheraton Jumeirah Beach Resort, Dubai. Zhao was recently honored as Chef de Cuisine of the Year at the Middle East Chef Excellence Awards. Chef Zhao Bo’s culinary expertise, particularly in Chinese delicacies, will further elevate the restaurants’ Asian flavors throughout the festive week from 9 to 15 February 2024, alongside the resort’s talented Executive Chef, Riccardo Pinna.

Furthermore, Chef Zhao Bo will curate an exclusive set menu available throughout the week at ChopstiX, the resort’s Asian culinary haven. This offers guests an opportunity to savor the finest flavors of Asian cuisine in a distinctive and immersive setting. Guests are also spoiled with options of six specialty restaurants such as Seafood Italian, Caribbean, Indian, or Thai cuisine to cater to everyone’s palate. Traditional festivities will be a highlight of the celebration, with activities such as the Dragon Dance, a Karaoke Night, and the Festival of Red at Kakuni Beach, ensuring a lively and culturally rich experience for all guests.
