The wind in your hair and the salty splash of the ocean on your skin can mean only one thing – an exhilarating catamaran adventure! One of the first things you’ll notice about Komandoo Maldive is the clear sparkling lagoons surrounding the island, you’ll be bewitched by the countless shades of blue. To fully appreciate the Indian Ocean, we believe you need to jump in and get wet – many of our guests go snorkelling and scuba diving but not all think of the fun to be had atop the surface of the ocean. Catamaran sailing can be enjoyed by all, it’s a fun way to spend your time and gives you a totally different perspective of our beautiful island.

Corsi di vela in catamarano
Il team di sport acquatici esperto e certificato VDWS offre una serie di corsi per aspiranti appassionati di catamarano che desiderano imparare a navigare nelle meravigliose lagune delle Maldive. Scegli tra il corso breve di 5 ore che offre un'ottima introduzione alla navigazione in catamarano, includendo teoria e un po' di esperienza pratica. Oppure, se vuoi dare il via alla tua carriera di vela con un corso essenziale progettato per farti andare in acqua, opta per il corso base di 10 ore.

Experienced catamaran sailors are welcome to rent equipment from us, following an initial orientation and skills assessment (sail check). Take a cat for an hour, or a day – the choice is yours! Rental is subject to an orientation and skills check.

Please note: you must be able to swim and life jackets MUST be worn – this is a legal requirement.
