Chef Jan Cleusters brings his unparalleled expertise and innovative culinary vision to Fushifaru Maldives, where he will curate an entirely new set menu while elevating the existing fine dining options. The food aficionado started cooking at the age of four and after obtaining his high school diploma, he completed an apprenticeship in the Michelin-starred cuisine, since then he has won numerous international awards at the New York Festival, the Indie Awards, as well as at One Show, ADC and D&AD. Known for his passion for blending local flavours with international techniques, Chef Cleusters is set to redefine the gastronomic experience at Raakani.
