Terms & Conditions

Beverages are for personal consumption; at the resort’s restaurants or bars. Beverages are served one glass at a time, and cannot be pre-ordered.

There are no refunds or exchanges, and benefits cannot be transferred to another guest.

Advance reservations are required for spa, diving, motorized water sports, excursions, and ala carte restaurants. Cancellation charges are applicable as per the resort policy.

Destination dining or private dining, private excursions, or any private lessons are available at an additional cost.

All-Inclusive Plan Package is available only for the guest’s entire length of stay. Food and Beverages are not permitted to be taken outside the Restaurant and Bars.

The resort procedure requires billing for all food and beverage consumption as well as all other services. All guests are required to sign any bills presented for services rendered.

The resort is not responsible for facilities, services, and amenities that are unavailable due to weather conditions or circumstances beyond our control.
