Ifuru-eiland Malediven has unveiled its latest culinary offering: Social House theme nights, inviting guests to indulge in a gastronomic journey inspired by the world’s oceans. Each night of the week, guests can immerse themselves in a feast of flavours, expertly curated to showcase the diverse cuisines found along the shores of the Indian Ocean, Mediterranean Sea, South China Sea, Pacific Ocean, Atlantic Oceans, and beyond.

Maandag: Indische Oceaan Extravaganza

Begin de week met een viering van Indiase en Afrikaanse culinaire tradities. Duik in een rijk scala aan geurige curry's, van romige boterkip tot pittige vindaloo, aangevuld met verleidelijke Afrikaanse delicatessen zoals peri peri kip en bobotie.

Dinsdag: Middellandse Zee-lekkernijen

Neem uw smaakpapillen mee naar de oevers van de Middellandse Zee met een scala aan levendige gerechten die barsten van de frisheid. Geniet van knapperige Griekse salades besprenkeld met olijfolie, sappige gegrilde vis gekruid met aromatische kruiden en stevige Marokkaanse tangines boordevol mals vlees en aromatische specerijen.

Woensdag: Fusie in de Zuid-Chinese Zee

Ervaar de culinaire smeltkroes van de Zuid-Chinese Zee met een verleidelijke mix van smaken uit Thailand, China, Vietnam en de Filipijnen. Geniet van de pittige smaak van Thaise groene curry, de hartige voldoening van Chinese dim sum, de geurige aroma's van Vietnamese pho en de gedurfde smaken van Filipijnse adobo.

Donderdag: Pacific Ocean Fusion

Ga mee op een reis over de uitgestrekte Stille Oceaan, waar de culinaire landschappen van Peru, Japan, Hawaï en daarbuiten samenkomen. Proef de versheid van Peruaanse ceviche, de artisticiteit van Japanse sushi, de levendigheid van Hawaïaanse poke bowls en de eclectische smaken van de Noord-Amerikaanse en Chileense keuken.

Vrijdag: Nacht van de Atlantische Oceaan

Experience the best of the Atlantic Oceans with a sumptuous spread of hearty meats and traditional dishes from France, Argentina, Brazil, the UK, and Spain. Indulge in sizzling steaks from Argentina, tender coq au vin from France, feijoada from Brazil, comforting shepherd’s pie from the UK, and flavourful paella from Spain.

Saturday: International BBQ – White Party

Join us for a lively International BBQ featuring a white-themed party, where guests can indulge in a variety of grilled specialties from around the world, set against the backdrop of Ifuru Island’s breathtaking scenery. Indulge in an array of grilled delights from around the globe, from smoky American ribs and juicy Australian prawns to succulent South African braai and tender Argentine asado, all while dressed in your finest white attire.

Zondag: Maldivische & zeevruchten extravaganza

Sluit de week af met een ontspannen middag bij het zwembad, vergezeld door een feestmaal van Maldivische specialiteiten en verse zeevruchtenlekkernijen. Geniet van een scala aan vers gevangen vis, gegrilde kreeft en hartige tonijngerechten, naast traditionele Maldivische favorieten zoals mas huni en garudhiya.
