Vi \u00e4lskar det s\u00e5 mycket att vi har best\u00e4mt oss f\u00f6r att dela receptet med er alla att prova hemma.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\">Denna supermatsallad kl <a href=\"https:\/\/lamp.glopss.com\/SHTz\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\"><strong>Ayada Maldiverna<\/strong><\/a> erbjuder en m\u00e4ngd superfoods p\u00e5 en tallrik. Den \u00e4r full av fantastiska gr\u00f6nsaker (varav m\u00e5nga odlas i v\u00e5r hemliga tr\u00e4dg\u00e5rd) och fiberrik quinoa. Denna l\u00e4ttlagade sallad \u00e4r n\u00e4ringsrik, god och supergod.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h1>Sallad recept<\/h1>\n<p class=\"\">Serverar 2 \/ Tillagas p\u00e5 40 minuter<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredienser:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"\">8 g granat\u00e4pplek\u00e4rnor<\/p>\n<p class=\"\">45g Quinoa \u2013 kokt &amp; sk\u00f6ljd<\/p>\n<p class=\"\">35g Isbergssallat &amp; 35g Romainsallat<\/p>\n<p class=\"\">15 g spenat &amp; 15 g gr\u00f6nk\u00e5l<\/p>\n<p class=\"\">55 g r\u00f6dbetor &amp; 55 g pumpa (med skal p\u00e5)<\/p>\n<p class=\"\">20 g k\u00f6rsb\u00e4rstomater (halverade)<\/p>\n<p class=\"\">45 ml citrondressing<\/p>\n<p class=\"\">1 nypa Chai, lin, pumpa &amp; solrosfr\u00f6mix<\/p>\n<p class=\"\">1 nypa havssalt &amp; 1 nypa mald svartpeppar<\/p>\n<p class=\"\"><strong>Metod:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol data-rte-list=\"default\">\n<li>\n<p class=\"\">V\u00e4rm ugnen till 200\u00b0C\/400\u00b0F\/gas 6.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"\">Sk\u00e4r pumpan och r\u00f6dbetan i 0,5 cm stora bitar. L\u00e4gg i en ugnspl\u00e5t med en klick olivolja och lite havssalt och svartpeppar, blanda sedan v\u00e4l.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"\">Bred ut i ett j\u00e4mnt lager och s\u00e4tt in i den heta ugnen i 15 till 20 minuter, eller tills den \u00e4r gyllene och knaprig.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"\">Koka under tiden quinoan i kokande saltat vatten enligt anvisningarna p\u00e5 f\u00f6rpackningen.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"\">Skiva broccolin i sm\u00e5 buketter, halvera och sk\u00e4r sedan stj\u00e4lken fint. L\u00e4gg i ett v\u00e4rmes\u00e4kert durkslag och vila det \u00f6ver quinoapannan. T\u00e4ck \u00f6ver och \u00e5nga i 5 minuter, eller tills det precis \u00e4r mjukt.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"\">Sk\u00f6lj den kinesiska gr\u00f6nk\u00e5len. L\u00e4gg i ett v\u00e4rmes\u00e4kert durkslag och vila det \u00f6ver quinoapannan. T\u00e4ck \u00f6ver och \u00e5nga i 3 minuter.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"\">Sk\u00f6lj spenaten. L\u00e4gg i ett v\u00e4rmes\u00e4kert durkslag och vila det \u00f6ver quinoapannan. T\u00e4ck \u00f6ver och \u00e5nga i 3 minuter.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"\">N\u00e4r den \u00e4r kokt, l\u00e5t rinna av och sk\u00f6lj quinoan under kallt rinnande vatten och l\u00e5t sedan svalna. Ta ut r\u00f6dbetan och pumpan fr\u00e5n ugnen och l\u00e5t den svalna ocks\u00e5.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"\">Rosta under tiden fr\u00f6blandningen i en torr stekpanna p\u00e5 medelh\u00f6g v\u00e4rme i 2 till 3 minuter, \u00f6verf\u00f6r sedan till en mortelst\u00f6t och krossa l\u00e4tt.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"\">Halvera granat\u00e4pplet och l\u00e4gg k\u00e4rnorna \u00e5t sidan.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"\">Kombinera sallad, quinoa, broccoli, spenat, gr\u00f6nk\u00e5l, pumpa, r\u00f6dbeta och k\u00f6rsb\u00e4rstomater i en serveringssk\u00e5l.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"\">Krydda l\u00e4tt med nymalen svartpeppar &amp; havssalt<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"\">Str\u00f6 \u00f6ver rostad fr\u00f6mix &amp; granat\u00e4pplek\u00e4rnor och servera sedan med citrondressing.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h1>Citrondressing<\/h1>\n<p class=\"\"><strong>Ingredienser:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"\">75 ml f\u00e4rsk citronsaft (ta bort k\u00e4rnor)<\/p>\n<p class=\"\">15 ml vit balsamvin\u00e4ger<\/p>\n<p class=\"\">200 ml Extra Virgin olivolja<\/p>\n<p class=\"\"><strong>Metod:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol data-rte-list=\"default\">\n<li>\n<p class=\"\">Vispa ihop citronsaft, vit balsamico, salt och peppar i en liten sk\u00e5l.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"\">Tills\u00e4tt oljan i en l\u00e5ngsam str\u00e5le, vispa hela tiden tills dressingen \u00e4r v\u00e4l blandad.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"\">Ringla \u00f6ver sallad.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p class=\"\"><em>*Dressing kan f\u00f6rberedas i f\u00f6rv\u00e4g och kylas i en luftt\u00e4t beh\u00e5llare i upp till 7 dagar<\/em><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p class=\"\">Superfoods \u00e4r k\u00e4nda f\u00f6r att vara n\u00e4ringst\u00e4ta och bra f\u00f6r h\u00e4lsan.
